EXEO OFFICE CAMPUS is an office project by Avenue. It is located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, a fully regenerated urban area that attracts some of the biggest national and international companies.

EXEO consists of 3 offices buildings with 70.000sqm of total area with capacity for 7.000 workers; 688 private parking spaces; 13.000sqm of gardens and more than 1.800sqm of retail and services.

With this application, you will be able to view EXEO OFFICE CAMPUS with detail in augmented reality mode even before the completion of its construction:

Introducing a new concept of working and well-being, the architecture of each building prioritizes the flexibility of its work spaces, adjusting the open-spaces to the company’s needs and the possibility to work in & out.

The reduced environmental impact was a fundamental premise in the design of the EXEO Office Campus, both in the development of buildings and exterior spaces, aiming at the prestigious LEED Gold environmental certification, a global symbol of excellence in Sustainability, and energy label A.

EXEO offers great access to the city center, as well as to the north and south of the country through highways and express roads. It benefits also of an outstanding public transportation network including a railway and bus terminals, 2 underground stations and taxi stops, all within a 5 minutes walking distance. Lisbon airport is just 5 minutes away.
